Tawn's Amazing Bread Recipe
4 cups water (warm but not scalding hot)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons of Yeast
1/3 cup of oil
1 Tablespoon of salt
8 cups of flour for bread (plus 1 extra cup to use to make dough less sticky as you are working with it!)
Disolve sugar in water.
Add yeast and let sit 5-7 minutes.
Add oil, flour and salt and mix wll.
Place extra flour on top and cover it with a towel for 25 minutes.
Take towel off and punch down dough -add more flour as needed to prevent stickiness).
Cut into 4 pieces. Pull out each piece-roll them out stretch as long as you want, twist a little and add a little more flour as needed)
Cut slits in dough and top with a little flour:)
